One mature neutrophil with three nuclear lobes; two of which have projecting nuclear sticks. One Blast with plentiful cytoplasm and a few scattered azurophilic granules and vacuoles. There are two large nucleoli in the nucleus. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7). Blood - 100X

Plasma cell, lymphocyte
One large Plasma Cell, triangular in shape, with a low nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio, deep blue cytoplasm which contains a few vacuoles, and a dense nuclear chromatin with a few less dense areas randomly distributed. One small mature lymphocyte lies beneath it. Normal marrow - 100X
Blasts, megathrombocyte, neutrophil, monocyte, AML blood
Left frame: 1 Blast with a generous amount of cytoplasm and two large nucleoli, 1 megathrombocyte with peripheral agranular "wings". Center frame: 1 late neutrophil with very dense nuclear chromatin, 1 Blast with two prominent nucleoli. Right frame: 1 monocyte at top, 1 Blast with vacuolated cytoplasm beneath it. Acute Megakaryocytic Leukemia (M-7). Blood - 100X
